With over twenty five years of experience, Jack is an experienced litigator and counselor. Jack graduated from New York University with a dual degree in Political Science and East Asian Studies. After graduating from NYU, Jack obtained his law degree from Boston University School of Law. Jack then served as a law clerk to the Honorable Thomas N. Lyons in the New Jersey Superior Court, Civil Law Division.

Jack began his career at McCreedy & Cox, working on automobile defense matters. Thereafter, Jack joined Robertson, Freilich, Bruno & Cohen, a premiere commercial litigation boutique as a commercial litigator. Jack then joined Saiber LLC, where he continued his litigation practice working on matters including intellectual property cases, the representation of major insurance companies in coverage disputes, FINRA securities arbitrations, and defending multi-million dollar products liability class actions.

Most recently before launching his own law firm, Jack worked at AIG in the complex casualty coverage unit.  Jack founded the Law Office of Jack Chan LLC in 2014.

Jack and his wife Jenny, an anesthesiologist, have been married over 20 years and have two lovely teenage daughters. They also have an Irish Terrier named Coco.

Jack is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey, the State of New York, and the U.S District Court of New Jersey.
